Booking
When you book and if you haven’t paid prior to coming online then a €50 booking deposit is the minimum required to secure a booking for all Arrive & Drive races. A Grand Prix or Endurance required 50% deposit and parties require €50 – €100. All school tours, corporate groups or any group bookings require a 50% deposit. We may require an additional deposit dependent on your group size. The balance is payable prior to the commencement of the race.
Should your numbers decrease you will be required to pay to up to 20% of your total booking size. Additionally, where discounts are given based on group size, if the group size falls, we reserve the right to revert to the non-discounted price as well as retaining any additional deposits.
You are advised to let us know your final numbers 48 hrs before your event to avoid any penalties. Deposits may be refunded where at least 5 days notice of cancellation is given or alternatively you may prefer a deposit.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards can be used to pay for all activities within The Zone and there is no expiry on these, Purchases before 2nd December 2019 are also valid for 5 years from date of purchase the date when the new the Consumer Protection (Gift Vouchers) Act 2019 came into effect.
Kids prices are for all those under 18 years of age and/or a student. ID may be required.
To drive you must be 1.24mtrs or above and this cannot be disputed.
Ensure when you are coming to The Zone for any activities that you wear the most comfortable clothes and no open toe shoes. All log hair must be tied back.
